This past week a group from our parish participated in the CMLI (Campus ministry leadership institute) which is sponsored by the USCCB. The gathering is an opportunity for students to grow in leadership, networking and relationship, with each other and the wider church.
Our student team did an outstanding job of creating a brand new student led, peer to peer, relational project that's called Solmates. Ill let the student team tell you more about the details as they share the good news later in the summer.
Sal and Steven were both on the leadership or directing team and they too did a terrific job. Join me in celebrating and congratulating the hard work of our young leaders; thank you for your dedication and commitment to sharing the good news! A great big thank you to the VBS team for your hard work! I'm sure that the participants had a great learning experience and in their name is like to say thanks!
