The mentoring couple (MC) goes through a sixteen-hour training program before they are assigned an engaged couple. Once trained the MC needs to be available to mentor the EC. This is not a counseling program rather a means of helping the EC manage their marriage expectations while incorporating our Catholic Faith.Any couple wishing to be married at St. Albert Newman must notify one of the priests at least 6 months in advance of the desired wedding day.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK
The Sacrament of Anointing is meant for those Christians whose health is seriously impaired by sickness and old age. If this is an emergency, please make sure you communicate that at the time of your call.
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the presbyters of the Church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven".
