Happy Easter! The Holy Week and Triduum celebrations were beautiful and inspiring; they were an incredible witness of that faith of this family community. Congratulations to those who were baptized and received into the full communion of our catholic church. I’d like to give a special thanks to the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) team who helped prepare our newly baptized and recently anointed. If you, or someone that you know, needs to complete a sacrament, maybe first communion or confirmation, please call the office and we connect you with the RCIA team. Well done!
On behalf of the staff, I’d like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make these celebrations possible and beautiful! It takes a huge amount of effort and energy to ensure that everything “works” and that is the beauty of liturgy; it is the work of the people! I’d invite and encourage us to live and joyfully share the Easter message of “good news” – Jesus is alive! He is alive in our hearts and in our faith community! We now journey from Easter to Pentecost; let us do so with grateful hearts!
