Hello, friends!
Congratulations to all NMSU and DACC graduates! As you move forward know that we here at Newman are praying for you. As the semester comes to a close I’d like to thank Mona and Sal and our student interns, Carla and Steven for their work with campus ministry. I’d also like to thank Bonnie and her staff of volunteers at Lunch Bunch for their ministry; well done! I’m also very thankful to the staff for their tremendous work!
A special note of appreciation to all of the mothers of the parish; Happy Mother’s Day!
Please remember that next weekend we will not be having any masses here at Newman. The two weekend masses, Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m., will both be held at the NMSU Corbett ballrooms, third floor. Also, we’re all invited to the farewell reception that will follow the Sunday morning mass, at Our Lady of Guadalupe parish hall, in Tortugas.
