With the arrival of the Lenten season, the pace of activities has increased in Campus Ministry. The Retreats subteam is busy prepping and inviting students to join them on a mini-retreat this weekend up in the mountains. The retreat is titled “Faith Factor” and will include a good mix of prayer and reflection with some rock wall climbing, zip lining, and rope coursing activities. The Faith Activities subteam is hosting a Theology of the Body study and discussion on campus on Thursday evenings. The Service and Justice subteam is busy with our first Lunch Bunch for a Cause this Monday. We will be serving green chile smothered burritos again, and as always parishioners are welcome to stop by from 11:15 to 1:15. All donations collected will be in support of the Parish Lenten Almsgiving partner, Catholic Relief Services and their efforts to meet the immediate needs of refugees in the Middle East. Your continued prayers for the students, faculty and staff at NMSU/DACC are appreciated!
