Bienvenidos! NMSU Catholic Campus Ministry provides Catholic formation and a community of hospitality to the students, faculty, and staff at New Mexico State University. Campus Ministry strives- through education, service, and worship- to form students intellectually, morally, socially, and spiritually according to the wisdom of the Catholic Church, so that they may be empowered by the Spirit to enliven the Church and bear witness of Christ on the campus of New Mexico State University.

Lunch Bunch for a Cause
Cooked and served by students, proceeds from today's Lunch Bunch support the NMSU Tough Enough to Wear Pink campaign. All resident and student parishioners are invited- starting donation of $2 for students and $4 for non-students requested. Saturday, October 17th @ 9am-12pm- Keep State Great
Newman is joining in the on-campus annual community service celebration that takes place in the fall before the week of Homecoming. Projects include, cleaning, painting, and picking up trash on the NMSU campus. Students, alumni, faculty and staff welcome!
Saturday, October 21st @ 7pm- Pink Week Prayer Vigil
Newman is joining in the NMSU Tough Enough to Wear Pink activities with a prayer vigil to honor and remember all those living with, surviving, and taken by breast cancer. All students, faculty, staff and friends are welcome on Wednesday, October 21st at 7pm at the NMSU Spiritual Center. Do you have a specific person you would like us to keep in prayer? Students will be at the Masses on October 17th & 18th to take your prayer intentions.
October 23rd-35th- Aggie Awakening VII Retreat
Join your Aggie Catholic community for a weekend of prayer, reflection, recreation and the Eucharist at Holy Cross Retreat Center in Mesilla Park. Registration fee is $40. Scholarships are available. Register now using form at right! Questions? Email Renee.
Sundays @ 7:30pm- Student Mass
Come worship with your fellow #NMSUCatholic students. This Mass is especially offered by and for students at the Newman Center. Bonus- you don't have to wake up early for morning Mass!
Mondays @ 8:30pm- Women's Group: The Painted Ladies
In a society filled with expectations on women's beauty, achievements, and possessions, would you like to belong to a group where you can be valued for who you are instead of who society says you should be? This group is just that. Come Mondays at 8:30pm or Tuesdays 7pm at Casa Amistad to begin your journey to the heart of God, with women doing the same. Join us for group discussion, coffee, snacks, Scripture study, and a whole lot of God's love.
Mondays at 8:30pm- Men's Group: A Study of Mary
Why is Mary so important to us? We honor her with special feasts celebrating the significant events in her life. We place images of her in our churches and homes. Join us on Mondays at 8:30pm at The Bridge (across from the church) as we explore the profound reverence for the Blessed Mother- why we turn to her in prayer, in the Mass, in the Rosary, and in Marian devotions. There is a $10 fee for materials.
Tuesdays @ 12:10pm- Mass on Campus
Take a break from the busy-ness of classes to gather for Mass with fellow students, faculty & staff at the NMSU Spiritual Center. Mass is only 30 minutes so you still have time for a quick lunch before you head back to class or work!
Wednesdays @ 5:30pm- Midweek Mass & Dinner
Feed you body, feed your soul! Mass is at 5:30pm at the Newman Center, followed by a student prepared dinner in the parish hall at about 6pm.
Thursdays @ 8pm- TNT: Thursday Night Theology
Explore and share about a different theology topic each week! Across from the church, at Casa Amistad.
Weekdays from 11:15am-1:00pm- Lunch Bunch
Lunch is served by our friendly Lunch Bunch crew for only $2 every day school is in session. At the church.
